All payments are made monthly.

Cash payments are only accepted for the first month's payment in person; subsequent payments must be made with a valid credit card or debit card for automatic payments.

Signing our contract authorizes automatic payments.

You must present a valid ID or passport that matches the name on your billing information.

We do not accept cash payments for second, third, or ongoing services.

Month-to-month options are available at an increased cost.

There is a mandatory $100 registration fee payable each time you re-register.

We do not work directly with insurance or scholarships in the reimbursement process.

One-time sessions cannot be paid for; registration requires an evaluation exam, which costs $40 and can be paid with card or cash.

If you cancel before your three-month commitment, a $200 cancellation fee applies.

You can reschedule up to two tutoring sessions per month.

In case of a medical emergency, documentation (e.g., doctor's note, school note, CVS receipt) is required to make up missed tutoring sessions.

We cannot guarantee the gender of the tutor or the same tutor.

You can freeze your account for up to two weeks at no charge.

We do not offer customer service in person, over the phone, or via social media. Please contact us by email for assistance.

All sessions are semi-private, with one to four students per tutor group in similar grade levels and subjects.

We do not provide private tutoring services.

Plans are on auto-charge until you cancel it. They do not auto-cancel.

You can only cancel by sending an email to customer service.

You cannot cancel by phone, in person, by text message, or via social media.
